Our Process
 |
1. Initial Contact
We discuss in general what it is you'd like to achieve
how Atlee Management can provide services for your housing
needs.
2. Site Visit
Representatives from Atlee Management meet with you (and
any principal decision makers) to review the project in
more detail, take photos of the current structure that
is to be improved, discuss expectations, and answer any
questions.
3. Design
Depending on the improvement, rough sketches may suffice
or detailed architectural drawings may be needed. In any
case, Atlee Management sticks with you to ensure you're
comfortable with the final design and its level of detail.
4. Pricing
Based on the design, an agreement is drawn up which includes
the estimated price, schedule, scope of work, description
of materials to be used, significant milestones, and business
terms.
5. Agreement
The agreement is finalized when both parties sign the
paperwork. A financial arrangement accompanies the agreement
and the finalized agreement includes project start date
and the municipal permitting process is started.
6. Project Start
The materials may begin to arrive just prior to the start
date. The work crews begin arriving and work commences
according to plan.
7. Project Milestone Reviews
At significant milestones, Atlee Management meets with
the client to ensure expectations are still being met
and that there are no significant changes to the original
agreement. Any issues will be managed to a resolution.
8. Project Completion
Atlee Management and the client do a final "walk-through"
of the completed project. A punch list may be developed
if small items remain. Final payment is generally due
at this time barring any significant punch list items.
9. Client Satisfaction
Atlee Management checks back with the client after 30
days and again after 90 days to ensure the client is satisfied
with the work performed and no outstanding issues remain.
10. Warrantee
Upon completion of the contract, a one year warrantee
on improvements will be established to give you security
in the quality of our work. |
